Chili my soul food!

Chili .. Chili and chili.. During this rainy weekend stuck inside, comfort food is on my mind. Today we bought all the for my husband “famous” northern steak chili.Its super thick, full of bold flavors and a perfect balance of sweet and spicey! What are your recipes for chili? How do you like to serve it?image We like to make homemade cornbread and sour cream and shredded cheese to top!It’s amazing! I searched and found all different ideas for recipes, I was able to find the same base in each type. We live in a big world full of all kinds of chili! I want to try them all! imageRandy’s Famous Chili

2 cans chili beans 

2 can kidney beans 

2 cans white northern beans

2 cansbaked beans

1 pound steak ( flank works best)

1 pound hamburger ( I use lean) 

3 can sliced or chunked tomato 

1 can tomato paste 

chili seasoning 



Bown and season all meats , place in crock pot with all ingredients except molasses. 

Cook on on low for 8 hours. Let cool. Place in fridge overnight. Place crock pot on low for 8 hours ( second day, checking for taste. 3 hours Before serving mix in molasses for sweetness.
